Refund and Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We are committed to providing high-quality products and a positive customer experience. Please review our Refund and Exchange Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date.

  • Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order number) must be provided.

  • The tamper-evident security sticker must be fully intact and unbroken. Once the sticker is damaged, cut, or removed, the product is considered opened and is no longer eligible for return or refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products with a tamper-evident sticker that has been damaged or removed.

  • Products that have been opened, used, or installed.

  • TV boxes that have been activated, registered, or software-modified.

  • Items purchased as clearance, special order, or final sale.

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

3. Refunds (if applicable)

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • A $20 restocking fee will be deducted from all approved refunds.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may also be deducted from your refund.

4. Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at info@bestdealscanada.ca.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning items.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item with photos and a description of the issue. We will assess the situation and arrange a replacement or refund as necessary.
